Before National Day, the Security Department launched fire safety training. On the training site, the instructors explained the fire safety knowledge such as the selection of fire escape routes and escape methods, on-site simulation escape drills, correct wearing method of gas masks, effective service life and use methods of fire extinguishers, and conducted some and interactions, which effectively strengthened the fire safety awareness of employees and improved the fire safety skills of all employees, thus building a safety barrier for the fire safety and fire protection work of the Group Company.


Human Resources Department: Carry out code of conduct inspections to restrain employees' work behaviors


In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the Group Company’s Chairman Li Zhongyong’s instructions on increasing the inspection, assessment and management of employees, further enhance employee self-discipline, truly reward diligence and punish laziness, and stimulate employees’ positive work enthusiasm, the Human Resources Department will inspect and assess the employees’ daily code of conduct and work status at different times every day from September. The workload of most employees was basically saturated, and their working conditions and working atmosphere were good. However, the inspection also revealed some inconsistencies with the requirements of the Group Company. The Human Resources Department imposed certain economic penalties on violations in accordance with the provisions of Reward and Punishment System of the Group Company.


Such inspection further regulated the daily work behavior of employees, understood and mastered the work saturation and work efficiency of each employee, and improved the overall image of the Group Company.


Planning and Development Department: Concentrate on the planning work


The Planning and Development Department was established in July this year. Several comrades in the department had never done this work, but they enhanced their confidence after receiving the encouragement from the leaders of the Group Company. In order to enter the role of their job in the shortest possible time, they asked questions that they didn't understand, and learnt with an open mind. Some people went to bookstores to buy professional books in this field at their own expense; some people consulted the employees working in this field; some people downloaded the information in this field from the Internet. Through hard study, they mastered the basic knowledge of planning work, made the Planning Department get on the right track in the fastest time, and could use such knowledge to finish the planning work, thus laying a solid foundation for the opening of the four stores of the Group Company.
